ConductIT features multimedia resources for aspiring conductors, including a MOOC, an online conducting workbook, case studies and interviews which may be used in existing core conducting courses in different national settings across the world. New didactical approaches in a blended learning context may be explored and developed through this innovation in music education.

Increased understanding of the didactical possibilities of online and blended learning will greatly impact not only students’ learning but may also enhance and modernize the education programs of music teaching institutions. Innovative practices through digital and online learning is a key priority in the institutional strategies of the partners involved in this project.
